These Terms of Service, in addition to our Disclaimer and Privacy Policy (collectively, the "Terms"), govern your access to and use of our digital platforms (website, mobile applications, and software), as well as any related offline, in-person, contracted Construction Services, or contracted Technology Services (collectively, the "Services") provided by MyGCnow LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), a company specializing in construction and technology solutions.

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you do not have permission to access the Services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

You represent that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you access the Services on behalf of an entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.

The Services and their original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of MyGCnow LLC and its licensors. The Services are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the Wyoming and foreign countries. You are hereby granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services strictly in accordance with these Terms.

3. Prohibited Uses

You may use the Services only for lawful purposes. You agree not to use the Services:

  • In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.
  • To transmit any advertising or promotional material, including any "junk mail" or "spam."
  • To engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Services.
  • To use any robot, spider, or other automatic device to access the Services for any purpose.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. MYGCNOW LLC DOES NOT REPRESENT OR WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE ACCURATE, RELIABLE, ERROR-FREE, OR UNINTERRUPTED.

5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL MYGCNOW LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

6. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MyGCnow LLC from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses arising out of your use and access of the Services or a breach of these Terms.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Wyoming. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding shall be instituted exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Natrona County, Wyoming.

8. Miscellaneous

8.1. Waiver and Severability

No waiver by MyGCnow LLC of any term shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent.

8.2. Entire Agreement

The Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy constitute the sole and entire agreement between you and MyGCnow LLC regarding the Services.
